OS-Level Geofencing (Near-Zero Impact)
Instead of keeping your phone awake to ping servers every 30 seconds, we use native iOS and Android boundary APIs. The app is designed to remain completely dormant until the operating system wakes it up to say a boundary was crossed.
The 15-Day Data Sunset
We don't want your historical data. Automated cron jobs on our Supabase servers permanently wipe all location pings, SOS metadata, and temporary coordinate histories every 15 days. We literally cannot surrender months of location history because it no longer exists.
Bank-Grade Infrastructure
All data in transit is secured via TLS, and data at rest is encrypted using AES-256. We utilize strict Row Level Security (RLS) on our PostgreSQL databases, ensuring that only authenticated members of your specific Crew can decrypt and read your location data.
You Are Not The Product
Free trackers make money by aggregating and selling your movement patterns to advertisers and insurance data brokers. NudgePanda is funded entirely by our Premium subscriptions. Zero third-party data monetization. Period.
